Staying with us

It can be pleasant to be greeted and helped with luggage therefore we can collect you from the airport or the train station should you require it. The train station is only 5 minutes away so collections or escorts from there are free (we encourage train travel!) Collections from the airport will be 60 PLN which will be added to your bill. Alternatively try Krakow's brand new shuttle train which whisks you from the airport to the central train station (Dworzec Glowny) in 15 minutes for approximately 4 PLN (1 euro!) - from there it's only 5 minutes walk to 5 Marii Curie Street. Trains leave every 30 minutes - take the shuttle bus outside the airport to the platform.

On arrival we request payment in full and some form of identification such as your passport number. On departure please return your keys and ensure any additional balances are paid.

Checking-in time is 2pm (1400) but if no guests are leaving that morning, and the apartment is ready, you can check in early by all means. Similarly, checking-out time is 11am (1100) unless there are no guests booked for that day, in which case, if you have a later flight, you can stay in the apartment until 6pm (1800) for a fixed fee of 23PLN per hour (to a max of 85 PLN). If guests are booked in that day however, this option will not be available to you so you can leave your bags in the office and go and enjoy Krakow for one last time before your journey home. You can of course do this anyway if you prefer.

If you are having breakfast, it will be served between 7.30 and 9.30. While Marii Curie Street is wonderfully central, it isn't a major thoroughfare so please respect other guests and residents by entering and leaving the building quietly and by keeping the noise level down while staying in the property.

We re-cycle and request the separate bins provided be used for recycling, paper, glass, metal and plastic. Please wash items and put them in the bags supplied. Leave the bags outside the door and they will be dealt with promptly.

There are plenty of books in the apartment for your reading pleasure while you stay. Any of these can be purchased if you find you haven't finished your read before you leave.

We can book events you maybe interested in going to see so please let us know your requirements or feel free to ask us for suggestions. If you bring children, we can arrange babysitting for you to allow you to sample Krakow's evening splendours but please understand that this service isn't always available and is offered on a case by case basis.
